Sandown Golf Club – Terms & Conditions for Booking a Round of Golf
By booking a round at Sandown Golf Club, all players agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Tee Times
- All rounds must be pre-booked in advance. No “turn up and putt” bookings will be accepted.
- Tee times are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the club prior to arrival.
- A maximum of 4 players per tee time is permitted. Groups larger than this must book additional tee times.
- Normal tee times for non-club members is after 12:00pm
2. Player Requirements
- All players must be golfers and have a basic understanding of the game, its rules, and golf course etiquette.
- Players are expected to maintain a reasonable pace of play and be respectful of other golfers on the course.
3. Payment & Cancellation
- Green fees must be paid in full prior to play. Any applicable discounts must be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow for rebooking.
4. Course Etiquette & Dress Code
- Proper golf attire must be worn at all times. No jeans, tracksuits, or football shirts.
- Players must repair divots, rake bunkers, and replace pitch marks on greens.
- Mobile phones should be used respectfully to avoid disrupting other players.
5. Health & Safety
- Players must follow all club safety guidelines and signage while on the course.
- The club reserves the right to refuse play to any individuals who fail to comply with these terms.
Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in removal from the course without refund.
