Please read the following information carefully.
- This van is located on the Fairway Holiday Park and as such, their rules must be conformed to.
- Users of the park are expected to act in a respectful manner to other guests, owners, neighbours and park staff. Any behaviour likely to affect the comfort and safety of others will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the park.
- Noise, loud music, offensive language and other anti social behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Noise should be kept to a minimum with absolute silence between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am.
- Under no circumstances are electric vehicles allowed to be plugged in to caravan electrics.
- Any illegal activities will not be tolerated and authorities will be called and the perpetrator removed.
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of all party members and will be jointly responsible for any damage caused to the caravan and the park.
Children are the responsibility of the parents or guardian and must be supervised at all times to ensure that they are not a nuisance or a danger to themselves or others. - Possessions left on the park or in the caravan are the responsibility of the owners. The park or Isle of Wight Stays accepts no responsibility for theft or loss of personal possession whilst on the park.
- The park does not have any lifeguards for the pool and users of the pool accept they use it at their own risk. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The park or Isle of Wight Stays accepts no responsibility for any accidents occurring in or around the pool.
- In the interest of safety, motorised mini bikes, electric micro scooters, segways, hoverboards or similar may not be used on the parks roads.
- The vehicle speed on the park is 10 mph and pedestrians have priority.
- Fighting dogs and breeds listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, American XL Bully or which in the parks opinion resemble any such breeds are not allowed on the park. Any other dog MUST be kept on a lead at all times.
- Dog fouling must be cleaned up immediately at all times from the park. This includes the caravan and decking. DO NOT leave foul dog bags anywhere on the park. Dispose of properly. Failure will result in a £50 fine.
- Drones or other powered aircraft are not permitted anywhere on the park. The same goes for firearms, air weapons or rifles.
- Guests are required to comply with any reasonable request made by Park staff.
- All complaints must be made in writing and delivered to the reception office.
- It is the guests responsibility to ensure the area around the caravan tidy and free of rubbish.
- No wet wipes, baby wipes or sanitary towels or products are to be flushed down the caravan toilets. This causes the pipes to block and there will be a £250 unblocking fee.
- Fire pits are not permitted on the decking or grass around the caravan.
- Malicious allegations and harassment to the park staff or caravan owner will be deemed a serious breach of your obligations.
- Washing lines or rotary washing lines are NOT permitted to be used on the park whatsoever.
- The park does have a launderette available that does facilitate tumble dryers for your use.
- There is a strict rule that NO vehicles listed are allowed anywhere on park. This includes Commercial vans, Vans of any size i.e. car derived, panel vans, Pick ups or tipper vans, motorhomes or minibuses.
- This caravan and the decking is a strict NO SMOKING caravan.
- Please keep dogs off all furniture and bedding.
- Any breakages or damage MUST be reported immediately either to park staff or online at www.iowstays.co.uk
- Keys must be returned to the key safe on departure from your stay. The loss of keys is a £50 fine. Ideally, leave the key in the keysafe every time you leave the caravan to ensure you dont lose it. The caretaker does have a spare key but will charge you £55 per callout plus £50 for lost keys.
- The swimming pool requires access arm bands to be warn at all times. You can purchase an access armband from the reception for £2 each which is refundable on return.
- In case of fire, evacuated the caravan. Do not return for personal belongings. Call 999. Gather at the muster point which is located on the picnic area. The location of the caravan is:-

Secondary heating. 2 oil based radiators are available if required. However, we ask that if needed during cold days place the radiators in the rooms but turn down the central heating when the caravan is not being used.
