Planning ahead for a November or December 2026 Isle of Wight break? If you travel in a fully electric car, check Red Funnel’s published electric vehicle offer before arranging your crossing.

The published EV offer

Red Funnel currently advertises 25% off for fully electric cars, small vans and motorcycles crossing via Southampton until 31 December 2026. Its offer page says bookings must be made using the booking widget on that page.

The operator also states that travellers arriving in a non-electric car will be asked to pay the remaining fare before boarding. The wording specifies fully electric vehicles, so do not assume a hybrid qualifies.

Use the official EV offer page to check eligibility and the quote for your actual vehicle, dates and passengers. This is a percentage offer, not a universal fixed crossing price.

Compare the final booking total

Red Funnel’s fare-saving guide explains that vehicle fares vary with vehicle size and type, sailing dates, times and demand. Compare suitable sailings and the final total before paying.

Your direct-booking benefit

When you book accommodation directly with Isle of Wight Stays, ferry discount links are automatically sent by email. Compare the available booking routes and their terms. Do not assume that our emailed offers can be combined with the operator’s EV promotion.

Browse accommodation and check live dates at Isle of Wight Stays. No accommodation availability or price is advertised here. Check your chosen property’s vehicle and charging rules before booking.
