Streaming and catch up services
The Fire TV connects to BBC iPlayer, ITVX, All 4, and Channel 5 through the internet. These apps provide access to standard television content.

Some apps ask for sign in details. From time to time, apps reset and request details again. This process stays normal.

Personal streaming accounts
You are welcome to sign in to personal streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney Plus.

Using your own streaming device
If you use your own streaming device, please use the wired connections located underneath the TV. These connections help ensure a stable and reliable connection.
